Weekend Manufacturing Manager
Are you a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager looking to join a blue chip food manufacturer with an opportunity to drive the shift as you see fit?
We are currently working with a multi-site, well-established food manufacturer looking for an experienced Production Manager to join the team on a Friday-Monday days shift.
This site is 24/7, the role is new and is requiring an experienced leader to come in and alleviate pressure of the Operations Manager. This role is demanding an experienced leader, ideally within a fast paced environment, experience managing complex and large teams,
communicating with all manufacturing principles and departments and a keen eye for detail.
You will be responsible for running the whole shift, liaising with the likes of Technical, H&S, Engineering etc. A CI background would be beneficial as improvements will be required as the site grows alongside this new position.
