This role will see the successful candidate as the most senior within the site, reporting into the senior leadership based at a further site. The successful candidate will have several years operating as Production Manager/Operations Manager/Site Manager. The ability to demonstrate personable leadership approach and a track record of building and mentoring successful teams is essential for this role.

You will be working with an established team through a period of positive ongoing change. You will be engaging and understand how to get team buy in whilst driving changes forward. Investment and training will be a key focus within this role as you oversee both the day to day on site and aid the long term strategy across the business. In return, you will also be mentored by some of the best in the industry in order to achieve your short and long term goals.

This is a fast paced, food manufacturing site. A strong food background is essential for this role.

This is a Monday-Friday office hours position - with a degree of flexibility required in line with needs of the business. Salary is dependent on experience: £45,000-£50,000 + benefits.
