Quality Manager
Hopefully you have opened up this advert as you are currently a Quality Manager looking for a new role in the food industry. If so there are 3 questions which will determine if this is the role for you. Do you have a good understanding of BRC V7/8? Do you enjoy managing a small team? Have you got experience working with the major retailers?

You will be working as a Quality Manager for a leading food company based in Somerset managing a team of 3/4 people.
You will lead the sites HACCP studies, manage the approval of suppliers, carry out internal audits, supplier audits and also manage the implementation of QMS so the role is very varied!
You will be working with the major retailers including Tesco's, Waitrose and JS so previous experience of customer audits with any of the mentioned would be a real advantage.
As well as being based in the factory there will also be time spent in the office. The role will require you to prepare presentations, respond to customer complaints so good IT skills will be essential for the role.
In return off your hard work you will be rewarded with plenty of investment, the company will put you on HACCP courses, Internal auditor courses and also allergen training if required.
