- Collaborate closely with retail partners, addressing their specific quality requirements and fostering strong relationships.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with relevant food safety standards and regulations.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams on quality-related matters.
- Utilize your leadership skills to mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quality assurance managerial role within the food manufacturing industry, with a focus on chilled products.
