You will be an experienced Production Team Leader/Supervisor and be able to demonstrate results in driving a team forward. Reporting into the Production Manager you will oversee a team of 30. Taking a lead by example approach, you will thrive from upskilling your team and take a hands on approach to management.
Having a passion for the food and drinks manufacturing industry along with multiple years experience in this environment is essential.
