Production Area Manager
Are you an Area Manager, Section Manager, Senior Supervisor or a Shift Manager looking for a new role?
We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for an Area Manager to join the team. This is a 4 on 4 off days role.
To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced with a fast paced food factory, strong ability to identify process improvements and a passion for people development.
You will be responsible for ensuring the production and process is running smoothly, upholding H&S standards, risk assessment, accident reports and implementing CI and Lean Manufacturing principles where possible.
