Planning & Scheduling Assistant
No day will be the same in this role due to the variety of tasks that are required based on business needs. You will be given exposure to a variety of tasks. There are opportunities for this role to expand into wider accountabilities as the team continues to grow.
Main duties would include completing and managing raw materials claims and advising the accounts department on any discrepancies within a timely manner. Complete customer documentations and updating weekly purchase orders. You will need to be flexible to support other areas of the business on holiday cover such as packaging and ingredients scheduling.
I am keen to speak with someone who has experience communicating between several departments and has a strong understanding of Excel. You must be someone who has excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail and strives to deliver quality work.
