Are you currently working within NPD in the food manufacturing industry or are you currently a chef working with sweet products looking to take the move into manufacturing?
My client is looking to recruit for a NPD Manager which will be a stand alone role giving you full NPD responsibility in a role which involve plenty of NPD and EPD.
The ideal candidate will have spent at least 3-5 years in working in Food Manufacturing but they would also consider a development chef or a chef who has experienced working with scaling up products.
The company are very keen on not just coming up with new products but also making sure they are constantly improving their current range so the role will involve both NPD and EPD.
Part of the role will require you to keep on top of modern food trends and ingredients making sure that the company are staying one step ahead of their competitors.
Recipe development will be a big part of the role making sure the business is using the best ingredients possible but also having a strong commercial awareness to make sure the company are within their profit margins.
