Are you graduating this summer or did you graduate last year and are looking for your first role in the food industry working in the process world? If so this is an opportunity that does not come around that often due to the companies high retention rates and great work culture!

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

- Liaise with multiple members of the business and suppliers
- To regularly review packaging, products and processes to help drive innovation
- Attend factory trials
- Assist with new current and new artwork
- Work closely with the NPD team making sure all products are launched successfully

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a Food Degree
- Have a placement year in NPD or Process
