Engineering Manager
Zest have an outstanding opportunity available for an Engineering Supervisor / Manager to join a leading food processor based in the South West.
Ideally, you will be time-served, have a strong electrical / mechanical background and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the food / FMCG industry.
Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for ten multi-skilled engineers, ensuring breakdowns are responded to in a timely manner, PPM schedules are completed and all engineering activity is carried out to a high-standard. You will identify areas for improvement, increasing OEE and keeping downtime to a minimum while controlling the department budget.
