You will be working as a Technical Manager for a leading food company based in London managing a small Technical team.
The company are looking to maintain their impressive BRC record so experience of leading BRC audits, ideally having knowledge of BRC v8 will be really important for the company.
You will be working with the major retailers including Waitrose and JS so previous experience of customer audits with any of the mentioned would be a real advantage.
As well as being based in the factory there will also be time spent in the office. The role will require you to prepare presentations, respond to customer complaints so good IT skills will be essential for the role.
As the company continues to grow they will be looking at you for ways of driving and implementing change so previous experience of doing this is really necessary to be successful in the position.

The ideal candidate will:
Have 5 years experience of managing a team ideally as a Technical Manager
Have successfully led BRC audits
Have previous experience of working with chilled/high care foods
Have a Food Degree
