Technical Account Manager
Would you guess this role is looking after a major retailer. This role requires you to understand customer codes of practice and build the teams knowledge of this certain retailer.
Tesco, M&S, JS or Waitrose - Exposure to either of these top retailers would be essential.
This role will be customer facing and will require the passion to meet the retailer needs. Understanding of the whole process, working with the clients in the Technical function supporting them developing new products through to ending up on the shelves - you are all about the customer.
Can you multi task and work well through the technical and development teams. The account is large and growing year on year - you will need to have a good understanding of business development and understand how to technically focus the account.
