Senior Specifications Technologist
As a Senior Specifications Technologist, you will need to have a minimum of two years' experience in a Specifications role within the food industry, educated to a degree level within Food or a related science. Detailed knowledge of customer specifications and their standards.
You will need to be an effective communicator and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. You will be ensuring compliance of products, packaging, labels, regulatory documents - nutritional and allergen information. Coordinating and ensuring specifications, safety data and safety labels are issued accurately and efficiently.
