Senior Process Technologist
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Technologist to take on the challenge of a senior position. This is role is with a reputable manufacturer who supply to major retailers.
Reporting into the Process Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of process technologists to conduct process trials and assign projects, liaising within NPD, Technical, Operations and Purchasing departments as well as external suppliers. You will organise team meetings along with trial plans to ensure that all teams are updated on progress towards objectives.
You will build customer relationships to ensure they are updated with all trials and product launches, utilising critical paths to track process.
As the ideal candidate you will have a food science and related degree with experience in process development or NPD within the food manufacturing industry. You will also have a good understanding of processes used by the major UK retailers.
