You will be working as a Quality Manager for a leading food company based in Somerset managing a team of 3/4 people.
You will lead the sites HACCP studies, manage the approval of suppliers, carry out internal audits, supplier audits and also manage the implementation of QMS so the role is very varied!
You will be in charge of food management and quality systems. You will need to make sure these are in line with BRC and Customer requirements.
As well as being based in the factory there will also be time spent in the office. The role will require you to prepare presentations, respond to customer complaints so good IT skills will be essential for the role.
