It is essential that you have a food manufacturing background and you are able to demonstrate a good understanding of food safety, health and safety, quality, etc.

You will take a hands on approach on the factory floor, leading by example and getting stuck into the action. A previous background within leadership is crucial to be successful with this site and you will have a strong track record of success and be able to give examples of thriving and overcoming challenges within a fast paced environment.

Operatives with significant experience who are looking for the opportunity for the next step up are welcomed to apply for this role also.

There are multiple positions available that can cater to both days or nights preferences, Mon-Fri or on shift!
