As an existing Production Team Leader/Production Supervisor/Area Leader/Zone Leader within the food or drinks manufacturing industry, you will be able to demonstrate examples of coaching and developing your team. The business recognises that growth and success comes from their people and would like to bring further leaders into the business with the same approach. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience operating within leadership in the food industry.

Along with the typical team development, motivation, etc. this role will enable you the opportunity to get heavily involved in the ongoing project work across site, with ownership/accountability of your own projects. This is a great opportunity to put your creative ideas to the test and great exposure Prior experience with implementing lean principles are required for this role - qualifications desirable but not required.
