Production Shift Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for ambitious driven Production Manager to join this successful Food Manufacturer who is a leading player within their sector. My client is seeking a career driven individual to join their already successful team and help them to hit new heights.
You will be a high performing Production Manager and report into the Operations Manager, having a level of autonomy and an opportunity to make a significant difference. Other key accountabilities will be to coach and mentor the team of supervisors and production operatives,to co-ordinate and direct line production team[s] to ensure that the target production outputs and quality parameters are achieved within the agreed crewing and performance standards.
You will be setting and working to KPI's that will cover labour, operations, health and safety, quality and cost. You will be a forward thinking individual with a sound understanding of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Coming from a food manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will be of a 'can do attitude' who is able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be an ambitious person who enjoys taking on challenges and responsibilities and wanting to play a strong part in a strong team. You will be a driven individual with a genuine desire to get to a position of senior management.
