Production Manager, Buckinghamshire, £45000-£55,000 Are you looking for a role within production with a difference? Ready for a rewarding challenge? A rare opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join an exciting, family run business and is looking for a Production Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have full control of the production and be responsible for developing your team and ensuring that effective working systems are in place and production requirements are met. You will also be responsible for the health and safety, auditing and production schedules. You will have experience working within a senior post within food manufacturing and a proven record of success. The successful candidate must have HACCP level 3 and sound health and safety knowledge. Engineering experience is desired however not essential but you must have the ability to problem solve and act quickly when needed. So does this sound like something worth having a chat about?
