We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our client, a leading fresh food processor based in the picturesque surroundings of Cambridgeshire. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify faults on a variety of machinery.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and control panels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work a 12-hour day shift.
**Training Opportunities:**

**Salary and Shift Details:**
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- 12-hour day shift.
