We are working exclusively with a fantastic food business based in South Lincolnshire who are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join their team. This site has had a lot of investment into it and the business is going from strength to strength therefore this is a very exciting time to join.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Logistics department, managing Raw and Packaging materials as well as Despatch operation for all Finished Goods. You will be overseeing a large team in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high volume of product going out the door, therefore it is essential you have experience working in a similar environment. Experience using WMS, SAP and MES systems is also essential.
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Logistics or Warehousing Environment, specifically with food. You will be a strong communicator who can work well under pressure and is able to liaise with different departments to ensure a smooth operation. You will also have a strong working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislations and be educated to degree level or higher.
This position is a Monday - Friday days role offering a competitive salary, excellent pension scheme and a generous car allowance.
