Ideally, you will be qualified to Level 3 in a relevant engineering discipline, have recent food / FMCG experience and leadership qualities. Must have a thorough understanding of health and safety.
Experience in a high-risk environment would be advantageous.
Generally, you will be responsible for a small team of multi-disciplined engineers, ensuring all activity complies with health and safety procedures, breakdowns are prioritised, and planned maintenance is delivered.
