Are you a time-served, Engineering Manager who has experience managing multi-disciplined teams and delivering projects within the food industry?

Our client, an international, market-leading supplier of fresh food products has an opening for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the business.

Key skills and experience required:
*Several years experience in a similar role / environment
*Time-served / apprenticeship and relevant engineering qualifications
*Experience delivering capital projects, on time and to budget
*Understanding of LEAN manufacturing and implementation
*High regard for health and safety

Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing the engineering function in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
*Maintaining and developing planned maintenance schedule, ensuring plant / equipment performs optimally.
*Minimising downtime and ensuring sufficient resources to deal with breakdowns and repairs in a timely manner.
*Delivering capital projects, on time and to budget without incident.
*Employing company values in all areas of work.

This is a Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00) role for an initial 3-6-month period, paying up to £50,000 annual salary. A daily rate may be negotiable.
