Ideally, you will have been an Engineering Manager for several years, be qualified to HND level (or equivalent) and have a strong engineering background within food / FMCG.
Some of your responsibilities will include managing a team of multi-disciplined engineers / team leaders, implementing the planned maintenance and asset care system via the CMMS, monitoring performance using KPI's, supporting the continuous improvement agenda and ensuring the smooth running of the plant at all times.
