Electrically Biased Engineer
Our client, a market leader in their field, facing expansion in the new year has an opening for an Electrically Biased Engineer at their purpose-built facility in Northamptonshire.
Working as part of a team and individual, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of production round-the-clock.
You must possess the following skills and experience:
*Time-served, electrically biased qualified to level 3
*At least 3 years experience in a similar environment
*Knowledge of automated processes and controls
*Conversant with packaging equipment
*IT (Excel, Word, SAP) literate
*Performing periodic inspections of plant and associated equipment.
*Providing fast and effective response to breakdowns, reporting defects to Engineering Team Leader.
*Carrying out corrective maintenance following preventative inspections.
*Liaising with production regarding progress of work carried out.
*Ensure all engineering activity complies with health and safety.
*Identifying improvements / modifications to equipment.
*Register necessary data via SAP system, on time.
The role entails a panama (days & nights) shift pattern and is paying a very competitive salary, plus benefits including; pension, annual leave, training and development opportunities.
