Contract Quality Manager
You will be working as a Quality Manager for a leading food company based in London managing a team of 5. The company supply into most of the major manufactures so previous experience of working with Sainbury's, Waitrose etc would be advantageous.
You will lead the sites HACCP studies, manage the approval of suppliers, carry out internal audits, supplier audits and also manage the implementation of QMS so the role is very varied!
You will be in charge of food management and quality systems. You will need to make sure these are in line with BRC and Customer requirements.
You will provide daily support to the QA team making sure that all new products are safe, legal and to the highest quality that they can be.
You will monitor your teams KPI's with weekly and monthly meetings with other parts of the business including operations and supply chain.
